Generally I wouldn’t label pants as “essential.”
The perfect leather t-strap sandals, definitely essential. Flawless nails on interview day, you bet. A dress that will drop his jaw to the floor, abso-freakin-lutely. But pants? No, pants don’t play a major role in my life.
